Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, cumin, and cayenne pepper.
- Rub the brisket with olive oil, then evenly coat it with the spice mixture, ensuring it’s well covered on all sides.
- Place the seasoned brisket in the air fryer basket. Cook at 300°F for 45 minutes.
- After 45 minutes, flip the brisket and continue cooking for an additional 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F for tender slices.
- Once done, remove the brisket from the air fryer and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
