- Rub the spice mixture evenly over the beef ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
- Place the beef ribs in the air fryer basket, standing them upright if possible for better air circulation.
- Cook the ribs at 375°F for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, carefully flip the ribs and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
- Brush the BBQ sauce over the ribs and cook for another 5 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
- Remove the ribs from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
