Air Fryer Burdock Ingredients
  • 200 g burdock root, peeled and cut into thin strips
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 5 ml soy sauce
  • 1/2 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1/2 cucchiaino salt
  • 1/4 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 1 cucchiaino sesame seeds optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the burdock root strips, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Place the burdock mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking, until crispy and golden brown.
  5. If using, sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
