Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 454 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
Bulgur Mixture
  • 1 cup bulgur wheat
  • 480 ml chicken broth
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino paprika
  • 1 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 120 g diced bell pepper
  • 120 g diced onion
  • 15 g chopped fresh parsley optional

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the cubed chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until chicken is well coated.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. While the chicken is cooking, rinse the bulgur wheat under cold water. In a saucepan, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the bulgur, diced bell pepper, and onion. Stir, cover, and remove from heat. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  5. After the chicken has cooked for 10 minutes, add it back to the bowl with the bulgur mixture and toss to combine.
  6. Return the bulgur and chicken mixture to the air fryer basket. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should be 165°F) and the bulgur is fluffy.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes
