Chicken
  • 450 g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 30 ml chia seeds
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino onion powder
  • 1 cucchiaino paprika
  • 0.5 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 15 ml lemon juice optional

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the spice mixture.
  3. Sprinkle chia seeds over the chicken and mix until they are evenly distributed.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 5 minutes.
  5. Place the chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  6. Cook the chicken for 10 minutes, then shake the basket to ensure even cooking.
  7. Cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
  8. If desired, drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
