Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix the ground flaxseed, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the egg and stir in the olive oil.
- Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat it with the flaxseed and breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place the coated chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken breasts and cook for an additional 8 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
