Ingredients
  

Chicken Thighs
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken thighs about 1.5 lbs
Kamut
  • 240 ml cooked kamut about 1/3 cup dry kamut before cooking
Spices and Oil
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino paprika
  • 1 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 0.5 cucchiaino dried thyme
Garnish
  • 10 g fresh parsley for garnish, optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme. Mix well.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the spice mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook the chicken for 15 minutes, then flip the thighs over and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the kamut according to package instructions if not already cooked.
  7. Once the chicken is done, let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
  8. Serve the sliced chicken over a bed of kamut and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes
