- Sprinkle poppy seeds over the coated chicken and press lightly to adhere.
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch.
- Cook the chicken at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
