Ingredients
  

  • 454 g Crosne (Chinese artichokes), cleaned and trimmed
  • 30 ml Olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino Sea salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino Black pepper
  • 1 cucchiaino Garlic powder (optional)
  • 5 ml Fresh lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the cleaned crosne with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  3. Place the crosne in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook at 400°F for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  5. Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and drizzle with fresh lemon juice before serving.
