Elk Steaks
  • 2 steaks elk steaks 6-8 ounces each
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino onion powder
  • 1 cucchiaino smoked paprika
  • 1 cucchiaino salt to taste
  • 1 cucchiaino pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Pat the elk steaks dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the elk steaks.
  5. Place the elk steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare (adjust time for desired doneness).
  7. Remove the steaks and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
