- In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.
- Place the escargot in a small baking dish or individual pastry shells, if using. Spoon the garlic butter mixture evenly over each escargot.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the dish or pastry shells in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8 minutes, until the butter is bubbling and the escargot are heated through.
- Carefully remove from the air fryer and let cool for a minute before serving.

Notes
