  • 454 g fiddleheads, cleaned and trimmed
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 0.5 cucchiaino lemon zest optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the fiddleheads, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon zest. Toss until the fiddleheads are evenly coated.

  4. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are tender and slightly crispy.
