- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a shallow bowl, mix cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels and brush both sides with olive oil.
- Dredge each fish fillet in the cornmeal mixture, pressing gently to coat.
- Place the coated fish fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to cook in batches).
- Air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is golden and cooked through.
- While the fish cooks, warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing pieces of the cooked fish on each tortilla, then top with shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges and hot sauce, if desired.
