- In a shallow bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- Dip each frog leg into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (about 5 minutes).
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the coated frog legs in a single layer in the basket, making sure they do not touch.
- Spray the tops of the frog legs lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
