Ingredients
  

Peanuts
  • 2 cups raw peanuts (unsalted)
  • 1 cucchiaio oil (peanut or vegetable)
  • 1 cucchiaino salt adjust to taste
  • 1 cucchiaino paprika optional
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the raw peanuts, oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder. Toss until the peanuts are evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned peanuts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
  4. Air fry the peanuts for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  5. Check for desired crispness; if needed, air fry for an additional 2-5 minutes.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let cool before serving.
