Ingredients
  

Halibut Fillets
  • 2 fillets halibut fillets 6-8 ounces each
  • 2 cucchiaio olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino paprika
  • 1 cucchiaino lemon juice
  • 1 cucchiaino salt to taste
  • 1 cucchiaino pepper to taste
  • 1 spicchio lemon wedge for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pat the halibut fillets dry with paper towels, then brush the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of each fillet.
  4. Place the halibut fillets in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
  5. Cook the halibut at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  6. Carefully remove the fillets from the air fryer and serve with lemon wedges.
