Ingredients
  

Kangaroo Steaks
  • 2 g kangaroo steaks (about 6 oz each)
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino onion powder
  • 1 cucchiaino smoked paprika
  • 1 cucchiaino Salt and pepper to taste adjust to your preference
  • 1 g Fresh herbs optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the kangaroo steaks.
  4. Place the seasoned kangaroo steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overlap.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare.
  6. Remove the steaks from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve.
