  • 60 g breadcrumbs
  • 30 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 15 g chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 0.5 cucchiaino ground cumin
  • 0.5 cucchiaino ground coriander

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, coriander, and egg. Mix until well combined.

  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the meatballs in a single layer in the basket, making sure they are not touching.
  5. Cook the meatballs in the air fryer at 400°F for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Once cooked, remove the meatballs and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
