  • 2 lbs lamb ribs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 2 cucchiaino onion powder
  • 1 cucchiaino smoked paprika
  • 1 cucchiaino dried oregano
  • 1 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Add the lamb ribs to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Let them sit for about 5 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  4. Place the marinated lamb ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  5. Cook at 400°F for 25 minutes, flipping the ribs halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Check for doneness; the ribs should be nicely browned and tender. If additional crispiness is desired, cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  7. Remove the ribs from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
