Ingredients
  

Morel Mushrooms
  • 8 oz fresh morel mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1/2 cucchiaino salt
  • 1/4 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 ml cooking spray or olive oil spray

Method
 

  1. Clean the morel mushrooms by rinsing them gently under cold water to remove any dirt. Pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs until well mixed.
  4. Dip each morel mushroom first into the egg mixture, then roll in the flour-cornmeal mixture until fully coated.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 5 minutes.
  6. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  7. Arrange the coated morels in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded.
  8. Spray the tops of the morels lightly with cooking spray.
  9. Cook for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  10. Remove from the air fryer and allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes
