Ingredients
  

Octopus
  • 450 g octopus, cleaned and cut into tentacles
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino smoked paprika
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the octopus tentacles to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated octopus tentacles in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Check for tenderness; if necessary, cook for an additional 2-5 minutes until done.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
