Oysters
  • 12 fresh oysters
Breadcrumb Topping
  • 120 g breadcrumbs
  • 60 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 30 ml melted butter
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino paprika
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper
Serving
  • 4 lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Carefully shuck the oysters and place them on a baking sheet or plate, keeping them in the shells.
  3. In a bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Spoon the breadcrumb mixture evenly over each oyster.
  5. Arrange the oysters in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch.
  6. Cook for 8 minutes or until the topping is golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
