Ingredients
  

Partridges
  • 2 whole partridges cleaned and dressed, about 1 to 1.5 pounds each
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino onion powder
  • 1 cucchiaino smoked paprika
  • 1 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 1 bunch fresh herbs rosemary or thyme for garnish, optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the partridges dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Rub the spice mixture all over the partridges, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  5. Place the partridges in the air fryer basket, breast side down.
  6. Cook at 375°F for 15 minutes.
  7. After 15 minutes, flip the partridges breast side up and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
