Pheasant Breasts
  • 2 pieces pheasant breasts about 6-8 ounces each
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino onion powder
  • 1 cucchiaino smoked paprika
  • 1 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 1 cucchiaino dried thyme

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the pheasant breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and thyme.
  4. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the pheasant breasts.
  5. Place the seasoned pheasant breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.
  6. Cook for 15 minutes, then flip the breasts and cook for an additional 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
