- Rehydrate the dried porcini mushrooms by placing them in a bowl and covering with 1 cup of boiling water. Let them soak for 15 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the rehydrated mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the mushrooms are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
