Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the sea bass fillets dry with paper towels. Brush both sides of the fillets with the olive oil mixture.
- Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, skin-side down.
- Cook for 10 minutes at 400°F, then check for doneness. The fish should be opaque and flake easily with a fork. If needed, cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Carefully remove the fillets from the air fryer and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes
For an extra crispy skin, you can air fry the fillets skin-side up for the last 2 minutes.
