  • 4 pieces sea urchins (fresh, cleaned)
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino sea salt
  • 1 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Brush the mixture evenly over the cleaned sea urchins.
  4. Place the sea urchins in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded.
  5. Cook for 8 minutes at 375°F, checking for doneness. The flesh should be opaque and firm.
  6. Carefully remove the sea urchins from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
