Ingredients
  

Swordfish Steaks
  • 2 steaks swordfish steaks 6 oz each
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino paprika
  • 1 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 1 wedge lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Pat the swordfish steaks dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the swordfish steaks.
  5. Place the swordfish steaks in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overlapping.
  6. Cook at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 2 minutes before serving with lemon wedges.
