Ingredients
  

Tuna Steaks
  • 2 steaks tuna steaks about 6 oz each
  • 2 cucchiaio olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • as needed lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the tuna steaks dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the mixture evenly over both sides of the tuna steaks.
  5. Place the tuna steaks in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overlapping.
  6. Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 130°F for medium-rare.
  7. Remove the tuna steaks from the air fryer and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges.
