Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
- Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and paprika.
- Rub the seasoning mixture all over the turkey breast, ensuring it's evenly coated.
- Place the turkey breast in the air fryer basket, skin side up if applicable.
- Cook for 25 minutes, then flip the turkey breast and cook for an additional 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the turkey breast from the air fryer and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
