Ingredients
  

Turkey Breast
  • 3-4 lb boneless turkey breast
  • 2 cucchiaio olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino salt
  • 1 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino onion powder
  • 1 cucchiaino dried thyme
  • 1 cucchiaino paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  2. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and paprika.
  4. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the turkey breast, ensuring it's evenly coated.
  5. Place the turkey breast in the air fryer basket, skin side up if applicable.
  6. Cook for 25 minutes, then flip the turkey breast and cook for an additional 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove the turkey breast from the air fryer and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
