- Cook the turkey legs at 400°F for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, flip the turkey legs and continue cooking for an additional 20 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Once done, let the turkey legs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
