Turkey Legs
  • 4 legs turkey legs about 1.5 pounds each
  • 2 cucchiai olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaio garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaio onion powder
  • 1 cucchiaino smoked paprika
  • 1 cucchiaino salt
  • 1 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 1 cucchiaino dried thyme optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the turkey legs dry with paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme (if using). Mix well to create a marinade.
  4. Add the turkey legs to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade.
  5. Place the turkey legs in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded (cook in batches if necessary).
  6. Cook the turkey legs at 400°F for 20 minutes.
  7. After 20 minutes, flip the turkey legs and continue cooking for an additional 20 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  8. Once done, let the turkey legs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
