Turkey Wings
  • 2 pounds turkey wings
  • 2 cucchiaio olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino onion powder
  • 1 cucchiaino smoked paprika
  • 1 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 0.5 cucchiaino dried thyme

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
  3. Add turkey wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Arrange the seasoned turkey wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; cook in batches if necessary.
  5. Cook at 380°F for 20 minutes, then flip the wings and cook for an additional 20 minutes until the skin is crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
