- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Spoon the apple pie filling evenly onto all tortillas and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
- Roll up the tortillas and place them seam side down in a lightly greased 8x8-inch baking pan.
- In a medium saucepan, bring the white sugar, brown sugar, water, and margarine to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the rolled tortillas and sprinkle with additional cinnamon to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Serve the enchiladas warm and enjoy!
