Ingredients
  

Apple Enchiladas
  • 1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling
  • 6 (8 inch) flour tortillas flour tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon or more to taste
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup margarine

  • 8x8-inch baking pan
  • Medium saucepan

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Spoon the apple pie filling evenly onto all tortillas and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
  3. Roll up the tortillas and place them seam side down in a lightly greased 8x8-inch baking pan.
  4. In a medium saucepan, bring the white sugar, brown sugar, water, and margarine to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes.
  5. Pour the sauce evenly over the rolled tortillas and sprinkle with additional cinnamon to taste.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  7. Serve the enchiladas warm and enjoy!
