  • 30 g butter Unsalted butter preferred.
  • 120 ml heavy cream Can substitute with half and half for a lighter version.
  • 1 ml lemon juiced Fresh lemon juice gives the best flavor.
  • 15 g chopped fresh parsley Adds a fresh, herby flavor.
  • 1 tsp Salt and pepper Adjust to taste.

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat, then add heavy cream, lemon juice, and parsley. Stir until combined.
  4. Pour the sauce over the salmon fillet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
