Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and grease and flour a 10x15 inch jelly roll pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla.
- Fold in the mashed bananas.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold this flour mixture into the butter mixture.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter in the prepared pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until set.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
