- Mix sour cream, green chilis, ground cumin, salt, all-purpose flour, chili powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
- In a pan, melt butter and add the flour mixture, stirring constantly for 1 minute.
- Gradually add skim milk and chicken broth, stirring until thickened.
- Add shredded chicken, green onions, and corn to the sauce. Heat through.
- Fill corn tortillas with the chicken mixture and top with mozzarella cheese.
Notes
These tacos are great served with a side of fresh salsa or guacamole. You can also add some hot sauce for an extra kick.
