  • 450 g chicken breast, cooked and shredded Ensure chicken is well cooked before shredding
  • 240 g cream cheese, softened Bring cream cheese to room temperature for easy mixing
  • 120 ml buffalo sauce Adjust buffalo sauce amount for desired heat level
  • 100 g shredded cheddar cheese Use sharp cheddar for more flavor
  • 60 ml ranch dressing Use your favorite brand of ranch dressing
  • 40 g green onions, chopped Chop the green onions finely
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough Keep dough chilled until ready to use
  • 1 tsp Salt and pepper to taste Season the mixture according to your preference

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and green onions. Mix well.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll the dough around the filling and place it on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
