Green Goddess Dressing
  • 240 ml mayonnaise
  • 180 ml sour cream
  • 33 g chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 33 g chopped fresh tarragon
  • 25 g chopped fresh chives
  • 30 ml fresh lemon juice or more to taste
  • 15 ml rice vinegar
  • 1 fillet anchovy
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper or to taste
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

  1. In a blender, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, tarragon, chives, lemon juice, rice vinegar, anchovy fillet, garlic, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Adjust seasoning and acidity to your preference by adding more lemon juice or salt if needed.
