- Line the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan with a single layer of graham crackers.
- In a large bowl, whisk together cold milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes until smooth.
- Fold the whipped topping into the pudding mixture until well combined.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham cracker layer.
- Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding.
- Cover with the remaining pudding mixture and finish with a final layer of graham crackers.
- Frost the top layer with the prepared chocolate frosting.
- Refrigerate the dessert for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the graham crackers to soften.
