- Prepare the vanilla cake mix according to the package instructions and bake in a 9x13 inch pan.
- Once the cake is baked, use a fork or a skewer to poke holes all over the cake.
- Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle evenly over the cake.
- Pour the melted butter and sweetened condensed milk over the top of the cake, allowing it to soak into the holes.
- In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese and unsalted butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk, beating until the frosting is creamy.
- Spread the cream cheese frosting over the cooled cake.
