  • 450 g Diced Chicken Breast Turkey or tofu can be used as substitutes.
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets Other veggies like spinach or green beans can be used.
  • 240 ml Heavy Cream Half-and-half can be used for a lighter option.
  • 50 g Grated Parmesan Cheese Pecorino Romano is a good alternative.
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Butter or avocado oil can be used.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • to taste tsp Salt Adjust to your preference.
  • to taste tsp Pepper Adjust to your preference.

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken breast and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Add broccoli florets and cook until tender.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and stir in grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Mix in cooked rice until well combined and heated through.
  8. Serve immediately.
