Ingredients
  

Salmon Bites
  • 454 g Salmon Fillets Fresh and skinless, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 64 g All-Purpose Flour For coating the salmon
  • 2 g Eggs Beaten for coating
  • 100 g Panko Breadcrumbs For a crispy texture
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder For flavor in the coating
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder For flavor in the coating
  • 1 tsp Paprika Adds color and mild heat
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste
  • 0.5 tsp Pepper To taste
  • 120 ml Vegetable Oil For frying
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 120 ml Mayonnaise Creamy base of the sauce
  • 60 ml Sweet Chili Sauce Adds sweetness and heat
  • 15 ml Sriracha For spice
  • 15 ml Honey Balances the heat
  • 15 ml Lime Juice Adds tanginess

Method
 

  1. Prepare the salmon by cutting it into bite-sized cubes. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Dredge the salmon cubes in the flour mixture.
  3. Dip the coated salmon pieces in beaten eggs, then roll in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the salmon bites until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. For the bang bang sauce, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a bowl until well combined.
  6. Serve the crispy salmon bites with the bang bang sauce on the side.
