- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and lightly flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold in the dandelion petals.
- In another bowl, combine the egg, milk, vegetable oil, and honey. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
