  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed Thaw completely before use
Cinnamon-Sugar Mixture
  • 100 g granulated sugar Mix with cinnamon for coating
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon Mix with sugar for coating
For Brushing
  • 60 g unsalted butter, melted Use for brushing the dough
Icing
  • 125 g powdered sugar Mix with milk and vanilla for icing
  • 2-3 tbsp milk Adjust to desired consistency for icing
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract Add to icing for flavor

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon together.
  3. Roll out the thawed bread dough and brush it with melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the dough.
  5. Roll the dough tightly and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. While the bread is cooling, prepare the icing by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  8. Drizzle the icing over the warm bread before serving.
