  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 pieces large eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 0.25 tsp ground nutmeg or cinnamon optional, for topping

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, flour, and salt. Whisk together until blended.

  5. If using, sprinkle the ground nutmeg or cinnamon on top.
