- In a medium bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar until evenly moistened. Set aside 1/4 cup for topping.
- Press the remaining graham crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, heat marshmallows and milk over low heat, stirring until marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Whip heavy cream in a large bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Beat in sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cooled marshmallow mixture until well combined.
- Spread half of the marshmallow-cream mixture over the crust. Arrange the sliced peaches on top, then cover with the remaining marshmallow-cream mixture.
- Sprinkle the reserved graham crumb mixture over the top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
