Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 16 whole graham crackers crushed
  • 0.75 cup butter melted
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
Filling
  • 4.5 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 0.33 cup white sugar
  • 6 large fresh peaches peeled, pitted, and sliced

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar until evenly moistened. Set aside 1/4 cup for topping.
  2. Press the remaining graham crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.
  3. In a large saucepan, heat marshmallows and milk over low heat, stirring until marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  4. Whip heavy cream in a large bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Beat in sugar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the cooled marshmallow mixture until well combined.
  6. Spread half of the marshmallow-cream mixture over the crust. Arrange the sliced peaches on top, then cover with the remaining marshmallow-cream mixture.
  7. Sprinkle the reserved graham crumb mixture over the top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
