Ingredients
  

Garlic Butter
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
Sandwich
  • 4 slices sandwich bread preferably white or whole grain
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend can substitute with your favorite cheese blend

Method
 

  1. Mix the softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley in a small bowl to make the garlic butter.
  2. Spread the garlic butter on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Place two bread slices butter-side down in the skillet.
  5. Divide the cheese evenly between the two slices in the skillet.
  6. Top with the remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
  7. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  8. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes.
  9. Serve hot.
