- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the honey BBQ sauce. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Prepare the flour tortillas by laying them flat on a clean surface or plate.
- Once the grill is hot, place the chicken mixture on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the grilled chicken from the heat and let it cool slightly.
- To assemble the wraps, lay the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomato halves, shredded cheese, and red onion onto each tortilla.
- Add an equal portion of the BBQ chicken mixture on top of the vegetables.
- If desired, add avocado slices for garnish.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you go, to secure the filling.
- Serve immediately on a platter, or wrap in foil for a portable option.
