- Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and water. For a thicker sauce, add cornstarch.
- Pour sauce over chicken. Stir to coat. Simmer until sauce is thick and sticky.
- Add vegetables in the last few minutes of cooking if desired.
- Serve chicken and sauce over rice. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
