  • 625 ml unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 500 ml cranberry juice
Spices
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 2 sticks cinnamon sticks
  • 2 cucchiaino whole cloves
  • 2 cucchiaino ground allspice

Method
 

  1. In a large pan, combine apple juice, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, and brown sugar.
  2. Place cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, and ground allspice in a large teaball or cheesecloth bag.
  3. Add the spice bag to the pan with the juice mixture.
  4. Heat the juice mixture over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes.
  5. Serve the Hot Cider Punch hot and enjoy the festive flavors!
